Gingerbread Wonder

Speaking of gingerbread, as you stroll through the lobby you will find our incredible, giant gingerbread replica of Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, located in front of the Concierge Desk. The impressive creation (which took two pastry chefs almost three weeks to complete), even comes complete with our signature gargoyles and a model train! Can you spot The Lady In Red, peeking out of one of the windows?
