A longstanding tradition at Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, Notch8 is delighted to welcome guests for Afternoon Tea service! Enjoy seasonally-themed teas with a distinctive twist, available for dine-in and takeout. Starting September 5 for the fall season, experience the essence of autumn with our indulgent Autumn Harvest Tea, where savoury delights and sweet temptations await. Led under the culinary direction of Notch8 Head Chef Kay Noh, enjoy an array of fall flavours, where every dish tells a story of the season’s bounty.

The Scarlett speakeasy

Lady in Red Speakeasy The Scarlett

The Scarlett, located in the lower lobby of Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, pays homage to the storied past and captivating characters of the hotel’s history. Inspired by the tale of the ‘Lady in Red’ – the kind and gentle spirit of Jennie Pearl Cox, who is said to have on occasion, graced the halls of the Castle as far back as 1939. The speakeasy will highlight her story and others, with unique cocktails and light bites, and a side of ghostly glamour, opening October 18 – November 23, 2024.
