The most wonderful time of the year has arrived, and what better way to celebrate the season with friends and family than at Notch8 for our Holiday Chalet Afternoon Tea. Inspired by the warmth and charm of an alpine chalet, this festive afternoon tea experience invites you to indulge in a cozy and elegant atmosphere, perfect for making holiday memories.

For a truly festive touch, enjoy a variety of savoury sandwiches such as a luxurious Crab & Lobster Roll, or the rich and earthy Winter Truffle & Wild Mushroom Tartlet topped with duxelles and lemon mascarpone. For a taste of tradition, indulge in Festive Ham with apple chutney, and a Bressola with pear and fig chutney. Irresistible treats include Santa’s Hat salted caramel profiteroles, Saint Nick’s Belt spiced macarons, and a Twinkle Twinkle Little Star shortbread with gold flakes.

Sip on a carefully curated selection of seasonal teas as you enjoy the comforting flavours of the season. Whether you’re gathering with loved ones or creating new traditions, this festive tea experience is sure to be one to remember.
