Drawing on more than eight decades of memory-making, Fairmont Hotel Vancouver is unveiling a lineup of offerings – including a new pop up – that promise an enchanting experience for platonic pals and romantic partners alike throughout February.

A meet cute moment for the ages: Fairmont Hotel Vancouver and Saintly Rosé come together for the ultimate rendezvous. “BLUSH”, a bar pop-up experience bubbling over with tasty tipples and treats, will open its doors from February 14 to 29 (closed Sunday and Monday). Gals, pals, and lovebirds alike can savour specialty cocktails, light bites, desserts, and mini Saintly sparkling rosé bottles.
Open from 4:00 p.m. onwards and located on the Lower Lobby of Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, “BLUSH” promises an effervescent experience with cozy corners, plush decor, and various shades of pink hues offering a nostalgic nod to vintage Valentine’s at this private pop-up lounge. Guests can embrace the spirit of spontaneity and pop into the pop-up – reservations are not required.

Notch8 Restaurant & Bar, a setting inspired by glamour and romance, proves to be the perfect destination for celebrating Valentine’s Day.
Nestled at the heart of Vancouver’s iconic Castle in the City, guests are invited to indulge in a sophisticated 3-course menu, featuring classics like scallop crudo and burrata with roasted pear, complemented by a mini bottle of Saintly bubbles and is priced at $95++ per person. Enhancing the experience, optional wine pairings (+$48) are available.
Availability is limited to two seatings on February 14 at 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. thus reservations are required.
