In a setting inspired by glamour and romance, celebrate Valentine’s Day at Notch8 Restaurant & Bar with a sophisticated 3-course menu, available February 14, 2025. Nestled at the heart of Vancouver’s iconic Castle in the City, guests are invited to indulge a choice of three starters such as albacore tuna with spiced tapenade and smoked tomato. For the main course, selections include a honey-lavender glazed Duck Breast with cherry jus and spätzle, Steak au Poivre with celeriac pave and mushrooms, or Sablefish with andouille fingerling hash and broccoli rabe, to name a few.
