The Concierge Desk is located in the Main Lobby. Our knowledgeable and friendly team, also members of the international Les Clefs d’Or, can provide advice and assistance with all your activity, dining and transportation arrangements.

Our expert housekeeping team is pleased to ensure our valued guests are looked after with the highest degree of safety, care and comfort. They can provide cribs and rollaways when needed and also handle all requests for lost and found items.

Dry cleaning, laundry and pressing services are available seven days a week. Laundry bags and price list are located in the guest room’s closet.

Fairmont Hotel Vancouver is pet friendly, and even has resident Canine Ambassadors. The pet fee of $50.00 per night plus taxes (to a maximum of $100) applies to all pets and will be added to your guestroom for deep cleaning services. Guests are liable for any damages and/or repairs other than normal wear and tear that may occur. Any noise complaints that result in refunds to other guests will be charged to the guest room with the pet. A $75 removal fee will be applied to your guest room should your dog be removed due to excessive noise. Due to health regulations, pets are not allowed in the hotel restaurant, on the Health Club pool deck, or within the Fairmont Gold Lounge.

Animals must not be left unattended in the guest room. Service dogs are always welcome and exempt of charges.
